Prosecco

I visited this restaurant and was totally appauled by the level of service i recieved. I booked a table for 9pm waited approx 10 minutes to be served drinks - by this time i was ready to order my food only to be told by the waiter i would have to wait 5 minutes to order????

After waiting 50 minutes for a mian course i had decided enough was enough and explianed to the waitress i would be leaving. Yes i could see they were busy - it's a small place and they currently had seven covers. The waitress interuppted me when i tried to speak and sounded shocked that as a paying customer i did not want to eat a meal at 10pm in the evening!

Clearly the staff could see i was frustrated and did not to rectify the situation or even advise the wait on food!

It gets better.......about ten minutes after leaving the restaurant i recieved a voicemail from who i believe is the owner telling me that i was SILLY for leaving and that i should not return to the establishment WHICH I CLEARLY WILL NOT BE DOING.

Word of mouth is very powerful and i will make sure everyone knows what kind of staff are employed here and how you are treated.

Would loved to have commented on the food but sadly it took too long to arrive!!!!!
