Old Casbah Cafe
your comments review this restaurant
A warm welcome awaits you at wonderful Moroccan restaurant c/o its ever-cheerful proprietor Mohammed, offering a nicely varied menu, fine food, always a couple of specials, such as tuna steak, to augment the standard menu, good sized portions, low prices and great ambience. Bring your own beer or wine and there's not even a corkage charge.
The selection of main courses centres around fish, lamb, chicken or vegetables, mostly served with either rice or cous-cous and a tempting selection of side dishes such as alubia beans or chick peas. Both the food and the service are unfailingly good. I've been visiting this great little restaurant for ten years now and would classify it as my favourite place in Bristol (or perhaps anywhere) to eat out. Highly recommended.
