Quincey's

We went to Quincey's on a Saturday evening and I have to say the place was dead which suprised me. We were seated at a table which had not been cleaned and the empty table behind us still had dirty dishes on it. The waiter brought us a bowl of popcorn as an appetiser which I think was a great idea, however the waiter in question was wearing sweatbands and was not well turned out, his shirt was untucked etc. A lady came to take our drinks order and this lady was a wonderful hostess, she made conversation and had a lovely bubbly personality, I ordered a cosmoploitan off the martini menu, however my mother asked for just a regular martini and they were unable to make it as the didn't know how. The drinks took almost 10 minutes to arrive and the gentleman waiter brought them to us not on a tray but carrying them in his hands holding the wine glass by its body which will effect the temperature of the wine as well as being unhygenic. The menu was great and very appealing, the food was ok, it didn't seem very fresh and took a long time to come out. Also one waiter served us who had tattoos all over his necks and arms. Now I have nothing against tattoos but I do think they should be covered up at work. I think this place could have huge potential but there was just no effort made apart from the one lady, nobody seemed to care if we were there or not.
